Payments

We offer several payment options to ensure you can pay via a method that suits your needs. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption. We use Paypal and Stripe for all payment types. Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.

Delivery

thefregiesack® uses Australia Post or Sendle to deliver your parcel.

All orders will be processed with 1 – 2 business days

Any orders placed over the weekend, will be processed on the next business day

All prices quoted include GST.

Australia Post transit times are as follows:

*Express 1 to 4 business days

*Standard 2 to 8 business days

*For deliveries to remote areas in Australia these times may be extended. We track your package until

it is delivered and will raise any delays with the Australia Post customer service team if needed and keep you updated along the way.

Please note: All couriers and transport companies are experiencing some delays due to the COVID-19

impact on employee & community health. All parcels are tracked so if you have any questions please do
